Link below is to the preamble (to the WFC Charter). This states the objectives and rationale of this new organisation . The moral case for tackling climate change is to be made central, requiring a new understanding of traditional economics, market forces etc which arges that these have been allowed to control decision making rather than having a subsidiary role under moral, community based decision making.
